About The Position
We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring the quality of finished parts. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
Requirements
- Previous CNC operating experience
- Ability to read measurements and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Nice To Haves
- Setup experience preferred
- Programming experience is a major plus
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machinery
- Make offsets, adjustments, and changeovers
- Read blueprints and production specifications
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy
- Assist with programming and program changes
