CNC Set Up Machinist - 2nd & 3rd Shift

WELDALL MANUFACTURING INC•Waukesha, WI

About The Position

Weldall Manufacturing is hiring experienced CNC Set-Up Machinists to machine heavy weldments in a low-volume, high-mix job shop environment. This hands-on position involves independently setting up, machining, and troubleshooting work using open-table Vertical Machining Centers, Horizontal Machining Centers, and Horizontal Boring Mills. The role is focused on setup and machining responsibilities, rather than only loading parts and starting cycles. The machinist reviews shop packets and blueprints; plans and performs setups; selects tooling and workholding; establishes work offsets; proves out programs; inspects finished work; and independently troubleshoots machining and quality issues. The position is offered for second and third shifts.
