About The Position

Morris Group, Inc., a large machine tool distribution network, is seeking a CNC Sales professional for its division, Midwest Manufacturing Resources. This role will focus on selling Haas CNC Machine Tools and related products in the greater Dayton, Ohio area, specifically Montgomery, Miami, and Darke Counties. The company aims to help manufacturers improve productivity and maintain a competitive edge. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, passionate about customer service, achievement-focused, and eager to join a successful team.

Requirements

3-5 Years sales experience.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Strong customer service skills: polite, courteous, and engaging.
Resiliency and grit; ability to continue pushing forward.
Fluent use of Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).

Nice To Haves

CNC Machining or manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

CNC machine tool and automation sales.
Develop new accounts and generate leads.
Ensure the territory is effectively covered and supported.
Meet sales and share of market goals.
Help customers compete in a global economy by doing more with less.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Integrate sales and individual activity into our CRM system (Salesforce).
Maintain detailed product knowledge, requiring technical proficiency.
Generate and present quotes to customers.
Perform related duties as required.
