About The Position

As a CNC Route Operator, you will be an essential member of the manufacturing team, contributing to the success of our operations. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented operator who will be responsible for operating router tables and moving sign components throughout production.

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut files.
  • Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
  • Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
  • Good computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Operating CNC Routers: Proficiently operate CNC routers to cut and fabricate materials for signage.
  • Signage Fabrication: Participate in general sign fabrication and associated tasks.
  • Material Handling: Load and unload materials, rotate them on and off CNC tables, and stage sign components.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the quality of the finished products, identifying and addressing any issues.
  • Safety: Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Machine Setup: Set up the CNC router, including loading materials and selecting the appropriate tools.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the CNC router.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow.
