Requirements

3 years' experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut files.
Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
Good computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC routers to cut and fabricate materials for signage.
Participate in general sign fabrication and associated tasks.
Load and unload materials, rotate them on and off CNC tables, and stage sign components.
Ensure the quality of the finished products, identifying and addressing any issues.
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety protocols.
Set up the CNC router, including loading materials and selecting the appropriate tools.
Perform routine maintenance on the CNC router.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow.
