About The Position

The CNC Programmer is responsible to write and prove new and existing programs to ensure dimensionally correct machined components. This role requires a strong understanding of GD&T, the ability to read and understand blueprints, and proficiency with basic measuring tools. The position involves working closely with machinists to produce efficient and accurate programs with existing equipment, adhering to all company policies and procedures, including safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience.
• Must be capable of programming using Master Cam Mill / Okuma Lathe.
• Must be familiar with Okuma lathes, HAAS milling machines and Daewoo/Fanuc Control.
• Ability to program 5th axis Milling.
• Strong understanding of GD&T.
• Must be capable of performing duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision.
• Able to read and understand blue prints.
• Knowledge of basic measuring tools, calipers, micrometers, comparators and math required.
• Fluent in English (able to read, speak, write and understand).
• Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).

Responsibilities

• Write and prove new and existing programs to ensure dimensionally correct machined components.
• Program CNC Machines utilizing Mastercam for both Mills and Lathes.
• Review incoming job orders and prepare programs per revision.
• Work with machinists to produce efficient and accurate programs with existing equipment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and safety standards.
