About The Position
Do you have a passion for precision manufacturing and CNC programming? We're looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to help drive our production success.
Requirements
- 5+ years CNC programming experience (3-axis minimum)
- Siemens NX (Unigraphics) experience – required
- Strong GD&T and blueprint reading
- Experience building programs from scratch
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials
Responsibilities
- CNC programming using Siemens NX (NX Unigraphics)
- Develop 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC programs
- Interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Drive tooling selection, speeds/feeds, and cutting strategy
- Support simulation, prove-outs, and troubleshooting
- Improve cycle time and machining efficiency
- Create setup sheets and process documentation
- Support AS9100 aerospace quality standards
