Requirements

3–5+ years of CNC programming experience (milling)
Experience with high tolerance parts
Strong proficiency with Mazatrol and/or CAM software
Deep understanding of machining processes, tooling, and cutting strategies
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and GD&T
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Mastercam programming experience
Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machining
Background in automotive or performance manufacturing
Experience supporting production environments and continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for Mazak milling machines
Develop efficient toolpaths using Mazatrol and/or CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
Collaborate with engineering and machinists to improve cycle times and part quality
Support machine setup, prove-out, and first-run validation
Troubleshoot program issues and make real-time adjustments on the floor
Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
Recommend tooling, speeds/feeds, and process improvements
Ensure programs meet production goals for quality, efficiency, and repeatability
Maintain organized program documentation and revision control
