About The Position

1st shift CNC Programmer for a leading manufacturer, providing the industry with top quality HCR and LSR rubber products.

Requirements

• 2 years of programming experience or equivalent.
• 2D and 3D programming experience.
• Mastercam experience.
• Ability to work with very tight tolerances.
• Mold building knowledge/experience.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Highly motivated team player.
• Visa & sponsorship candidates are not being considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC Vertical Milling centers for high speed milling operations using Mastercam.
• Perform high precision machining of molds and fixtures.
• Revisions of existing tools as determined by Engineering.
• Work as a team member and follow established procedures in a new, well equipped, fast paced tool room.
• Effective communication with others.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet productivity expectations and deadlines.
• Attentive to scheduling priorities as they relate to programming.
• Complete Programming Checklists.
• Regular and consistent Attendance.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• All other jobs requested by Supervision.
