About The Position

IB-Tech is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator to program, set up, and operate Haas CNC milling equipment while producing high-quality precision components.

Requirements

• 1+ year CNC programming & machining experience
• Strong blueprint & GD&T reading skills
• Mechanical aptitude & attention to detail
• Ability to use precision measuring tools
• Basic computer skills; Excel a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Haas CNC mill experience preferred
• Fanuc controls experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Program, set up & operate Haas CNC mills
• Create and modify CNC programs
• Read blueprints, GD&T & technical drawings
• Perform machine setups & tooling changes
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot machining & programming issues
• Maintain quality & production records
• Support process improvements
