About The Position
CNC Programmer / Machinist West Chester, PA Yearly Salary $75,000 - $120,000 Responsibilities: Responsible for developing CNC programs, defining machining processes, setting up machines, leading machinists Responsible for driving quality, efficiency and on time production across Mazak and Swiss platforms Will be responsible for CNC programming using CAD/CAM software Responsible for blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency Requirements Must have the following qualifications: 8+ years of experience in a production machining environment 5+ years of programming experience Strong knowledge of machining methods and tooling Expert level CNC programming and machining experience Experience performing First Article Inspections and precision inspection Experience creating and maintaining setup documentation, SOPs, and process controls Ability to lead machinists and manufacturing assistants with a cell Expert machinist can make any part Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or related field Engineering degree or equivalent hands on experience Programming knowledge in CAD/CAM (Mastercam, CamWorks, or SolidWorks CAM) Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience Experience supporting new product introductions and process development Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in complex machining environments PartMaker experience for Swiss concentration Mazatrol experience for Mazak concentration Benefits Full health benefit package PTO Paid Holidays
