A.J. Rose Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on CNC Production Supervisor to lead our 1st Shift machining team at our Cleveland plant. Requirements
- Manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in CNC machining or metal stamping
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to motivate teams and hold employees accountable
- Experience working with production schedules, quality standards, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Nice To Haves
- Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and support CNC operators and production employees on 1st shift
- Ensure daily production, quality, safety, and delivery goals are achieved
- Coach, train, and develop team members to maximize performance
- Monitor staffing, attendance, productivity, and workflow
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Tooling teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime and improve efficiency
- Promote a positive, accountable, and safety-focused culture
