About The Position

Nesco Resource is seeking a CNC operator for a small, reputable, safety-driven client on Cleveland's West side. This role involves setting up and operating machines to process metal or plastic material. The hours are 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM, with a starting pay of $17/hour, which can be increased based on experience.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Good attention to detail
• Must be a team player and able to work well with others.
• Read / Interpret prints and drawings.
• Measure parts accurately using basic tools (tape measure, scale, calipers).
• Willingness to cross train

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, or tend machines to punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal or plastic material.
• Produce parts in accordance with established procedures, guidelines and quality specifications.
• Be responsible for meeting daily productions quotas.
• Identify & communicate to management manufacturing defects promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
