About The Position

Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG) is a leader in the growing automotive aftermarket industry, with brands including Addictive Desert Designs, DV8 Offroad, Flatline Van Co., and Rago Fabrication. The CNC Press Brake Operator handles daily CNC press brake operations, including setting up the machine, bending material to specifications, and performing basic maintenance and cleaning to support safe, optimized operation. The position is based at the company’s facility in Chandler, Arizona. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with either a first shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or a second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.; both are eight-hour shifts.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment.
Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools, including a tape measure, protractor, and calipers.
Self-motivated and able to respond promptly to production requirements.
Detail-oriented.
Contribute to a positive team environment and prioritize team success.
Ability to speak English fluently.
Reliable transportation to comply with the company attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

Trumpf press brake experience.
Two years of experience in fabrication.
Two years of experience in CNC press brake operation.

Responsibilities

Operate a press brake daily using preset programs, making minor adjustments for material variations.
Perform basic machine setup and load tools.
Form parts to specifications while meeting quality and production goals.
Maintain and clean equipment.
