DALB, Inc. is seeking an entry-level CNC Operator to produce machined parts using CNC machines. This role involves setting up machines, making adjustments, troubleshooting, and performing tool changes to meet production schedules and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will have a technical and mechanical inclination, be reliable, possess a positive attitude, and have reliable transportation. - High school diploma or equivalent with technical and mechanical inclination.
- Must be reliable.

- Ability to work overtime as needed.

- Experience with CNC machines.
- Ability to suggest methods to reduce setup time and machining through process improvements.
- Understand, interpret, and edit G-code programming.
Responsibilities
- Setup, operate, adjust, and change tools on CNC punch presses.
- Safely perform all fabrication and finishing steps efficiently.
- Execute all CNC equipment workflow.
- Perform proper calibration procedures as needed.
- Read and understand manufacturing orders and the dispatch list.
- Suggest methods to reduce setup time and machining through process improvements.
- Understand, interpret, and edit G-code programming.
- Document daily scrap.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working order and are free of safety hazards.
- Regular attendance and the ability to work overtime as needed.
- Communicate safety and maintenance issues to supervisor.
- Analyze engineering drawings and manufacturing orders.
- Examine parts for defects and measure parts to ensure conformance with specifications.
- Assist in maintaining tools, gauges, and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
- Troubleshoot machine errors and inconsistencies and adjust machine settings accordingly to fix errors.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
