Requirements
- Manufacturing or machining experience (preferred for most roles)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to learn)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Operate and/or set up CNC machines (mills and lathes)
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Perform inspections using measuring tools
- Maintain quality and production standards
- Operate grinding equipment to finish precision parts
- Perform basic inspections and ensure part quality
- Maintain consistent output and attention to detail
- Assist with prototype and low-volume part production
- Learn machining, setup, and blueprint reading
- Support engineers and senior machinists on complex parts
- Develop hands-on skills across multiple processes
