About The Position

The CNC Operator develops, loads, and modifies programs on personal computers used to operate highly technical equipment, including laser or CNC equipment. The operator performs preventative maintenance as required and works with engineers, vendor technicians, and programmers, while also training co-workers. This highly skilled role fabricates and constructs a diverse range of products to specifications using drawings or prints. The operator is responsible for product quality and safe equipment operation, requires little supervision, and must be physically capable of handling products, materials, and equipment. Training will be provided.

Requirements

• Basic programming knowledge for laser or CNC equipment.
• Complete knowledge and understanding of developing, loading, and modifying programs for highly technical equipment.
• Ability to fabricate and construct products to specifications using drawings or prints.
• Physical capability to handle product, materials, and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities
