About The Position

Our Renton Plant is hiring a Graveyard CNC Machine Operator. This position offers a competitive hourly wage with an additional shift premium for graveyard shifts. The role requires a strong background in a hands-on manufacturing environment, with specific experience in CNC and fabrication, preferably with glass. The operator must possess excellent hand-eye coordination, basic math skills, the ability to use a decimal conversion chart, and proficiency with hand tools and tape measures. Safety is paramount, and all employees must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The ideal candidate is adaptable, willing to learn different production areas, works well in a team, and can handle physical demands including bending and lifting up to 50 pounds. Excellent attendance and a keen attention to detail are essential. Successful candidates must pass pre-employment screening.

Requirements

• Experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• CNC and Fabrication Experience (glass preferred)
• Excellent hand / eye coordination
• Basic math skills
• Use a decimal conversion chart
• Use of hand tools and read tape measure
• Safety oriented
• Able and willing to be trained and learn different areas of production
• Work in team environment to complete work
• Ability to bend and lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Excellent attendance (ability to arrive to work on time, as scheduled on a daily basis)
• Attention to detail and SAFETY a must
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
