About The Position

We're looking for a CNC Operator to set up, program, and run CNC and conventional machines in support of our aerospace manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role where quality, attention to detail, and safety are essential to success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable team player with a safety-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines
• Load and edit machine programs as needed
• Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform minor part modifications and finishing work
• Follow production, safety, and quality requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
