Produces machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine, performing a standard series of progressive machining operations to close and exacting tolerances. Changes tools and assists with or performs standard set-ups. The physical requirements for this position require continuous standing and intermittent walking, bending, sitting, pushing/pulling and lifting of parts that may at times be in excess of 50 pounds. The CNC Operator should have the physical and mental ability to perform the above necessary job functions while maintaining an exemplary safety record.
