About The Position

We are looking for an Operator who will be operating Mills or Lathes in a clean manufacturing environment. This position can also be a gateway for training an operator into learning CNC mill and lathe setups. Using great attention to detail and your ability to focus and perform, you will be creating parts. The scope of this position may include safely operating various types of machines (lathes, mills, drills; Computer Controlled & Manual), completing work tasks as indicated by work orders, production schedules, and supervisor, reporting problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to supervisor, completing production documentation with accuracy, maintaining daily procedures around maintaining machine and facility cleanliness, working in a safe and clean manner by complying with procedures, rules, and company policies, and cross-training (both participating in learning and teaching already known tasks/positions). Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
• Understanding of general lathe and/or mill tooling.
• Experience operating CNC Lathes, Mills, or other equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary.
• Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Haas experience preferred, not required.
