UPC designs and manufactures retail store fixtures, and P.O.P. displays. Located in Madison WI, we operate in a 120,000 square ft, clean facility. Family owned for over 48 years and growing, we are employee centric with great employee retention. Position Summary Interpret technical drawings to set up and operate CNC machines Diagnose and resolve CNC machine or program issues efficiently Produce precise, intricate parts for various industries Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met Understand manufacturing processes and cross-department interaction Follow detailed drawings and specifications while maintaining quality and production timelines Perform accuracy checks throughout production Operate various CNC machines with precision and efficiency
Requirements
- 1–2 years of CNC or machine operation experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience with wood and plastics is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
