Requirements

  • Prior experience in CNC machining or a related field is essential.
  • You know how to read blueprints and technical drawings like the back of your hand.
  • Attention to Detail: You understand that precision is key—every millimeter counts when it comes to producing high-quality products.
  • Technical Knowledge: You’re familiar with CNC controls, programming, and the various tools needed for the job.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to craft intricate, high-quality components that are crucial to our production process.
  • Use your keen eye for detail to interpret and translate blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications into flawless machine operations.
  • Select and configure the right tools for each job, ensuring your CNC machines run smoothly and produce parts with pinpoint accuracy.
  • Inspect finished products, verify dimensions, and troubleshoot any deviations to maintain our uncompromising standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate with your team to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance productivity.
