About The Position
Renold Morristown is recruiting for skilled and motivated CNC Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality components according to engineering drawings and production specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machining experience who enjoys working with precision equipment, tooling, and advanced manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to machine components to print specifications
- Review setup sheets and select proper tooling and materials
- Perform minor program adjustments and tool offsets
- Load materials and change tooling as needed
- Conduct first-piece inspections using: Calipers Micrometers Gauges
- Perform periodic quality inspections during production
- Operate multiple machines to meet production requirements
- Maintain machines through routine maintenance
- Move materials to the next production operation
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Keep work areas clean and organized
