About The Position
We’re hiring CNC Operators to join our team on 1st and 3rd shift. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of CNC experience who are looking for a stable, full-time schedule. We’re looking for reliable individuals with a consistent work history who take pride in precision work, attention to detail, and producing high-quality parts.
Requirements
- Stable work history (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years CNC machining experience with demonstrated hands-on experience (Haas experience a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and routing sheets
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check and drug test
Nice To Haves
- Haas experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC cutting and grinding machines
- Read and interpret routing sheets, drawings, and specifications
- Load parts and adjust machine settings (speeds, feeds, depths, pressure, run time)
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauge blocks, etc.)
- Maintain required tolerances and product quality standards
- Troubleshoot machining and process issues as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
