About The Position

SPIROL is hiring a CNC Operator for its team in Danielson, Connecticut. The position involves setting up and operating single- and multi-spindle automatic screw machines. The operator performs repairs and routine maintenance on machinery and may participate in capability studies and other continuous improvement activities. The role is part of a team producing engineered metal fasteners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous work experience with single- or multi-use automatic screw machines.
• Proficiency using precision measuring devices and gages.
