About The Position

MacLean-Fogg is hiring a 1st Shift CNC Operator Trainee in Saegertown, Pennsylvania. This entry-level role provides hands-on training in CNC machine operation, safety practices, quality standards, and manufacturing processes; no prior CNC experience is required. The position is on-site, full-time, and pays $18.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The operator will support production by handling materials and parts, performing basic machine-support tasks, monitoring operations, learning to use measurement tools, and conducting simple quality inspections. The role also involves following work instructions and safety and quality standards, maintaining an organized work area in accordance with 5S principles, and promptly reporting safety, quality, or equipment concerns. MacLean-Fogg is a privately held, fourth-generation family-owned manufacturer with more than 100 years of history. The company makes engineered components for automotive and industrial applications and operates facilities across the United States.
