CNC Operator (Days/Nights/Weekends) - Entry level pay starting at $19.00/hr + Night/ Weekend Shift Differential
About The Position
This is an entry-level position for a CNC Operator. The role involves operating specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, or move products. The operator will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring machines to ensure proper function, performing basic set-up and breakdown, and demonstrating basic safety measures. Key tasks include verifying dimensions and product specifications, completing documentation in a timely manner, and maintaining good housekeeping. The position requires adherence to TCF Core Values, and additional duties may be assigned based on location and product line.
Requirements
- Typically requires a high school diploma and up to 2 years of experience.
- Read and understand shop orders and blueprints, safety rules, standard work instructions written in English.
- Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to use hand tools in a safe and proper manner.
- Based on department, may be required to operate a forklift, overhead crane, and electric pallet jack.

Responsibilities
