Produces individualized dental prosthetic products while conforming to the company’s culture established by our CIRCLe values, taking personal responsibility for actions and treating fellow employees, customers and vendors respectfully and ethically. This role has operational responsibility for equipment covering milling and/or additive manufacturing, finishing and detailing of restorative dental products, with the support of more experienced operators. This includes machine operation and cleaning, handling secondary equipment and related processes such as: "in-process" inspection utilizing manual and automated inspection equipment along with visual inspection using a microscope, batching and mixing of ceramic materials, and set up/preset tools when required. The operator will follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Work (SW) to produce restorative dental products while maintaining machines at maximum production levels and adhering to safety standards. The role involves installing and adjusting milling tools, changing operations to different products, observing machine operation to verify accuracy and detect malfunctions, inspecting tools for wear or damage, and performing in-process Quality Control (QC) inspections using various equipment. The operator will also carry out Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks, operate secondary equipment, meet daily production objectives, maintain safety policies and procedures, and assist with identifying safety hazards. Additionally, the role involves training across multiple production lines and work cells in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, with the ability to rotate into assigned areas upon completion of cross-training. Attendance and participation in Daily Management / Safety Committees / Training are required, along with other assigned duties.
