About The Position

CompX National is hiring a CNC Set-Up / Operator for our second shift. This role involves setting up and operating key groovers and escomatics. The ideal candidate will be able to read and understand blueprints and measuring equipment, work effectively in a fast-paced environment with exposure to oil, coolant, and metal chips, and use hand tools as required. Maintaining good housekeeping and organization in the work area is also essential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment around oil, coolant and metal chips.
• Frequently able to lift or move up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing and walking throughout the workday.
• Frequent use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel material.
• Overtime may be required, including weekends when necessary.
• Must be able to train on first shift until prepared to run machines on second shift.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Manufacturing and multiple machines is highly preferred.
