The CNC Operator & Metal Finisher will primarily run the CNC (Computer Numerical Controls) machine tools by inventory tracking raw materials and loading proper raw stock into stock feeder and This role is responsible for ensuring quality by observing for malfunctions. This individual will polish and de-bur machined parts by hand and with power tools to prepare them for the next step in the finishing process. Summary The CNC Operator & Metal Finisher is responsible for operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment and performing metal finishing activities to support the production of high-quality medical devices and components. This position ensures the efficient operation of CNC machines by loading appropriate raw materials, monitoring machine performance, maintaining production documentation, and performing required inspections. This role is responsible for producing components that meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and production schedules while adhering to all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The CNC Operator & Metal Finisher performs polishing, deburring, and finishing operations to ensure components are ready for subsequent manufacturing processes and final product assembly. The position contributes to operational excellence by supporting continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining an organized and safe work environment, and promoting MicroAire's commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
