Wagstaff, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision-machined components that meet strict quality and tolerance requirements. The ideal candidate has strong machining knowledge, can interpret engineering drawings, calculate feeds and speeds, edit CNC programs and offsets, troubleshoot machining issues, and use precision measuring equipment to verify part quality. This position requires a commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
