About The Position

They serve customers in aerospace and defense, earthworks, energy, general engineering, and transportation industries, helping them achieve precision and efficiency in manufacturing. This specific role is for a CNC Operator I at their Bedford, PA facility, working the 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM, Sunday - Thursday). The operator will be responsible for the daily setup, maintenance, operation, and running of EP 30 Pressing Machine presses, which are numerically controlled (NC) and equipped with robotics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Working in a team environment safely, operating complex production equipment and tools in the manufacture and packaging of various products.
  • Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams, and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
  • Executing equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustained production.
  • Modifying existing equipment and helping design new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement, providing quality control and in-process production testing.
