The role also requires performing preventive maintenance on equipment, documenting and communicating shift changes, completing production and quality logs, and staying updated through educational opportunities. The operator will contribute to organizational goals by taking ownership of new requests and ensuring parts meet customer and company standards, while adhering to safety procedures.
