About The Position

RANDALL Offsite Construction is seeking a skilled CNC Onsrud Router Table Operator / Programmer to join their production team at their Apopka, FL headquarters and production facility. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC router equipment (Onsrud) to produce high-quality parts efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. When not operating the CNC router Table, the operator will join the inventory control Team to assist with cycle counts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience operating and programming CNC router tables (Onsrud preferred)
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, EnRoute, AlphaCAM, or similar)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials (wood, plastics, composites, or metals)
  • High attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prepare compelling presentations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats including individually and in group settings.
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office products, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job
  • Able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations
  • Able to properly wear personal protective gear

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to Program CNC Onsrud router tables using appropriate CAD/CAM software
  • Experience with G-code editing and optimization
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC router machines to produce parts to specification
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
  • Select appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials
  • Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met
  • Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to minimize downtime
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes
  • Assist with cycle counts as part of the inventory control team when not operating the CNC router table
