About The Position

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand is currently hiring CNC Milling Set Up Production Operator for all our 1st Shift. This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. Pay Range of $26-$30 per hour based on experience with overtime opportunities. Requirements

Extensive experience with Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs)
Proven ability to perform machine setups independently
5-10 years of CNC setup experience
Experience with program editing and modification
Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
Working knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming
Experience operating and troubleshooting Fanuc controllers
Familiarity machining cast iron/cast components

Nice To Haves

One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up to operate vertical milling machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary.
Interpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts and shop orders to plan and check work.
Obtain proper set of tools from tool crib, select holders, mount, secure, and check tools for accuracy.
Interpret drawings, route sheets, diagrams, specifications and instructions to determine proper operation sequences.
Make necessary calculations for tool depth and tool compensation adjustments.
Move completed material to next workstation.
Maintain clean and safe work environment.
