CNC Milling 1st shift

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand is currently hiring CNC Milling Set Up Production Operator for all our 1st Shift. This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. Requirements
- Extensive experience with Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs)
- Proven ability to perform machine setups independently
- 5-10 years of CNC setup experience
- Experience with program editing and modification
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Working knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming
- Experience operating and troubleshooting Fanuc controllers
- Familiarity machining cast iron/cast components
Nice To Haves
- One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up to operate vertical milling machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
- Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts and shop orders to plan and check work.
- Obtain proper set of tools from tool crib, select holders, mount, secure, and check tools for accuracy.
- Interpret drawings, route sheets, diagrams, specifications and instructions to determine proper operation sequences.
- Make necessary calculations for tool depth and tool compensation adjustments.
- Move completed material to next workstation.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment.
