Requirements

• Proven experience with lathe/mill turning machines
• Experience with CNC Milling machines
• Experience using the Fanuc control preferred
• Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints (GD&T symbols)
• Working knowledge of various materials & tools (inserts, endmills, drills)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communication skills and positive can-do attitude
• Must be dependable and possess a willingness to learn new techniques

Responsibilities

• Verify components are produced to print (dimensional and visual inspection)
• Change tools
• Make offsets
• Load material and remove scrap
• Fill out various paperwork
• Simultaneous operation of multiple machines
• Minor troubleshooting
• Inspect finished machines parts
