About The Position

The Machinist sets up and operates machine tools to produce precision parts that meet specifications and quality standards. The role involves reading blueprints and technical drawings, understanding machining processes, and working with engineering and production teams to develop efficient processes. The position uses lathes and CNC milling machines and includes routine machine maintenance and inspections. All tools and equipment are provided; candidates must supply their own safety shoes. Requirements

• Previous experience in machining and welding is required.
• Must supply personal safety shoes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lathes and CNC milling machines to create components.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings and ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop efficient machining processes.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
