About The Position

At Roembke Manufacturing & Design, we don't produce high-volume commodity parts—we build precision tooling, molds, and automation used by manufacturers around the world. We're looking for a CNC Milling Machinist who enjoys challenging work, modern equipment, and being part of a team that values quality over quantity. This is not a production button-pushing position. Every day brings different parts, different setups, and new machining challenges.

Requirements

• CNC milling experience
• Blueprint reading
• G & M code knowledge
• CNC mill setup experience
• Ability to use micrometers, height gauges, and precision inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good attendance
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• CAM programming experience
• Mold-making experience
• Precision manufacturing experience
• Continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical machining centers
• Program and edit CNC programs
• Machine precision tooling and mold components
• Work from engineering drawings and CAD models
• Hold tight tolerances
• Inspect your own work using precision measuring equipment
• Collaborate with engineering and other machinists
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Help improve machining processes and cycle times
