About The Position

Plansee USA LLC is seeking a CNC Milling Machinist for the 2nd shift at our Franklin, USA site. This role specializes in transforming semi-finished molybdenum and tungsten products into complex components, leveraging decades of precision manufacturing and engineering excellence. You will join a highly motivated team where local expertise meets the global knowledge and values of the Plansee Group. This is an hourly position.

Requirements

CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3
Experience with Kiwa and Okuma machine types.
Experience with Fanuc and Okuma controls.
Ability to set up and operate Horizontal and Vertical, 5-Axis CNC machines.
Ability to contribute to Multi machines operation.
Ability to understand Blueprints and GD&T.
Fluent in using all types of measuring equipment from hand tools to CMM and Optical comparators.
Read and understand G and M codes.
Ability to perform simple program edits as needed.
Must be able to set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Horizontal and Vertical, 5-Axis CNC machines.
