Requirements

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3
• Experience with Kiwa and Okuma machine types, with Fanuc and Okuma controls.
• Ability to set- up and operate Horizontal and Vertical, 5 - Axis CNC machines.
• Ability to contribute to Multi machines operation.
• Ability to understand Blueprints and GD&T.
• Fluent in using all types of measuring equipment form hand tools to CMM and Optical comparators.
• Read and understand G and M codes.
• Ability to perform simple program edits as needed.
• Must be able to set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Horizontal and Vertical, 5 - Axis CNC machines.
