Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-year A.A.S. Degree – CNC Machining Technology or 3-5 years of CNC Machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Sets up and operates Numerical Control Machines.
- Sets up and operates multi-purpose numerically-controlled machine to perform a variety of machining operations including milling, drilling, reaming and machining of work pieces to specifications.
- Assembles cutting tools, secures work piece in place and provides machine with directions according to work piece specifications.
- Observes machine operations and verifies accuracy of machine work pieces by use of a variety of precision tools.
