About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to produce high-quality components that meet rigorous standards. The machinist edits programs and sets up HAAS CNC Mills, including VF Mills, to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist.
Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
Proficiency in G-Code, M-code, Fanuc controls, and blueprint reading.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and bore gauges.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Edit programs and set up HAAS CNC Mills to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining requirements.
Perform quality checks using bore gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
Maintain tooling and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machining processes and product quality.
Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
Operate VF Mills.
