About The Position

Enprotech Industrial Technologies is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist in Cleveland, Ohio. The machinist will repair or manufacture medium- to large-sized steel equipment and parts, including mandrels, steel mill rolls, bearing housings, gear cases, large shafts, and large forgings and castings. The role involves setting up and operating CNC mills in a dynamic job shop environment and working on projects with varying sizes and complexity.

The shop includes large and small CNC and manual milling and turning equipment, including Giddings & Lewis mills, a Toshiba horizontal mill, a Hyundai CNC mill with Fanuc controls, a Romi CNC lathe, and small and large lathes. The position offers compensation of up to $24 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.; weekend work depends on business demand. Overtime is readily available, and advancement to a lead role may be possible based on experience and skill.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills with minimal supervision.
• Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machines when necessary.
• Ability to make tool-offset adjustments to maintain dimensional integrity.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Nice To Haves

• G&M programming experience.
