• 2nd and 3rd Shift(s) / 8 Hour shifts – Monday through Friday

Nice To Haves

• Ability to set up Mori Seiki NV5000 from start to finish including prepping of tools
• Ability to set up DMU 40 and DMU 50 with pallet changer from start to finish including prepping of tools
• Ability to read and understand M and G codes
• Use of Fanuc and Siemens controls
• Knowledge of Lyndex Nikken rotary table with 3+2 on vertical Mills
• Experience with full 5-axis vertical Mills
• Trouble shoot machining processes and machines
• Operate multiple machines at one time
• Use of Zeiss CT scanner
• Experience with Medical Components

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mill
• Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Make offsets and work positions to meet print tolerance
• Use of micrometers, calipers and optical comparators
• Follow Quality Procedures
• Basic math and computer skills
• Knowledge of removing burrs
• Ability to set up Mori Seiki NV5000 from start to finish including prepping of tools
• Ability to set up DMU 40 and DMU 50 with pallet changer from start to finish including prepping of tools
• Ability to read and understand M and G codes
• Use of Fanuc and Siemens controls
• Knowledge of Lyndex Nikken rotary table with 3+2 on vertical Mills
• Experience with full 5-axis vertical Mills
• Trouble shoot machining processes and machines
• Operate multiple machines at one time
• Use of Zeiss CT scanner
• Experience with Medical Components
• Able to; stand, twist, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, climb ladders and stairs and lift on a continuous basis for an 8-hour work day.
