Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist, with a strong focus on 5-axis machining.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.
- Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines according to specifications and blueprints.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate machining.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet required tolerances.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
