We have multiple openings for experienced CNC Mazak Set-Up Operators who are proficient in Mazatrol conversational programming. These positions are designed for skilled machinists capable of independently setting up, editing, and running Mazak lathes or mills to produce high-precision parts. Requirements
- Proficient in Mazatrol conversational programming.
- Capable of independently setting up, editing, and running Mazak lathes or mills.
- Ability to write programs using conversational programming.
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC machines to produce parts.
- Select, install, and adjust cutting tools, fixtures, and chucks.
- Edit programs to optimize performance and ensure quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
