Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC maintenance experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving
• Working knowledge of CNC machine design and operation
• Experience with PLC/CNC systems and test equipment
• Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with the team
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Safely handle materials up to 40 lbs. (lifting, pushing, pulling)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC machines and machining centers
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve performance
• Identify and resolve hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical issues
• Assist with general facility maintenance as needed
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to support production needs
