About The Position

Barron Industries, a leader in aerospace and defense manufacturing since 1983, is seeking an experienced 2nd CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oxford, MI. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and supporting robotics and automated systems. The goal is to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability in a mission-critical production environment, working collaboratively with production teams to ensure quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

• Experience with robotics and automation systems
• Knowledge of PLCs and servo systems
• Familiarity with aerospace/defense manufacturing standards

Responsibilities
